How to develop Positive Thinking
Positive Thinking
In this world nothing is good or bad. It is our thinking that make thing good or bad. Our perception leads us to attach good or evil, positive or negative properties to everything in the world. To be able to notice good qualities and righteousness in situation or individuals is considered positive thinking and to merely notice flaws and worthlessness in everything is surely negative thinking.
Positive thinking makes us stress free and
gives us a fresher outlook of life. Negative thinking makes us feel stressed
out, frustrated, and disappointed with life in general.
Positive thoughts give rise to positive
emotions such as mercy, love, compassion, forgiveness, gratitude, blissfulness,
tolerance, faith, generosity, and hope.
Negative thoughts increase our fears and
magnify bad qualities such as anger, hatred, jealousy, sadism, worry,
intolerance, doubt, selfishness, and hope.
A person with a healthy mind sees the good
qualities in the other person, while a person with a contaminated mind sees only flaws in the other person.
A successful person always tries to sees the
positive side of things no matter how worse the situation or person. If we do
not keep a positive attitude towards our life and activities, we will fail to
get results in our favour.
If a person who thinks that he is ill will
surely fall sick even if there are no symptoms of any particular ailment.
Through
negative thinking we lose 95% of our
energy; hence our biggest enemy is the cluster of negative thoughts in our
head. The road to success becomes easier if we carry out our activities happily
accompanied by a positive attitude.
