In today’s time
depression is a very big problem. Where it brings distances among relations
there it becomes the cause of suicides also. Depression is like a silent
attacker that can attack on your nerves anytime without letting you know that
you have become the victim of depression.
This is a
psychological disease. It is a mood disorder
that causes a feeling of sadness and loss of interest. It affects on
you thinking and behaviour and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical
problems, in this patient lives in a doubt that he is ill without
being in any illness. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities.
It brings negativity in patient life and sometimes you may feel as if life
isn't worth living.

problems such as back pain or headaches.
How to come out of depression
Meditation:
Meditation has
shown to be helpful for treating depression in clinical studies. Mindfulness
meditation in particular has been shown to have a strong effect on lessening
symptoms of depression, such as negative thinking, rumination, and lack of
focus.
Exercise and yoga:
If you are feeling depressed then you must
exercise, it will reduce your depression and it will divert your mind on

Music is the thing
that can inspire anybody to anything. So when you are feeling depressed turn on
funky and joyful music that inspires you and change your mood out of
depression.
Enjoy
Sunlight:
Increase your
exposure to sunlight. Some research suggests increased amounts of sunlight can
have a positive effect on mood. This is due to the effects of Vitamin D. You
don’t need to do anything specific when you’re outside; just sitting on a bench
and getting some sun can be helpful.
Get outdoors. Gardening, walking, and doing other activities outdoors
can have beneficial effects. While some of these activities are also related to
exercise Having exposure to fresh air and nature can be helpful in calming your
mind and relaxing your body.
Change Thinking Immediately:

thought on the spot and start thinking the joys you have had in your past life
because thinking of joyous memories will make a positive effect on your
condition and mind state and it will help you to get rid of depression.

Find a creative outlet by writing, painting,
dancing or doing some other creative activity on a regular basis.

Animals:
Spend your time
with any animal if you are not allergic of them. The existence of these animals
that might be cat or dog makes release a hormone known as oxytocin that is
released only when we fall in love, nursing or give birth. This hormone
produces goodwill feelings.
Set your goals:
Determine the goals
of your life and set them and set your life to achieve these goals as happiness
and success comes in your way only if you have a reason to live and some
motives in your life. Try to create a strong faith between God and you and ask
Him for His mercy and guidance. Have faith on you and then work out to achieve
your goals.
