Several different disorders can arise when your thyroid produces too much hormone (hyperthyroidism) or not enough (hypothyroidism). Hence it is very important to stay away from intoxication and if one does addicted then, he should try every possible method to get away from its clutch. An addict can never be healthy or happy addiction. Addiction is like cutting one’s own feet with an axe. Intoxication numbs the nerves and makes the addict sleepy. The brain becomes inactive, the tongue thickens, there’s a loss of taste and the mouth does not open enough. The kidneys too get damaged.
