How to come out of negative attitude
Mental Block
A
state of mental block is when the mind tells us that we are incapable or inept
at a particular task, whereas our sensibilities tell us that we are capable
enough to complete that work.
Whenever an elephant is capturerd for the
first time, it is tied by strong chains to a big tree. For some days it tries hard to free himself but fails. In the
end, it gives up and accepts the situation. Later, even when it is tied by a
weak chain to a small tree, it does not try to fight back as the perception in
its mind is that it cannot break free. This is an example of a mental block.
“I cannot do this work, it is not possible
for me” and some of the different kinds of mental locks that have a hold in our
mind.
A negative attitude is a big companion of
mental block. Because of this state of mental block, we are unable to give up
our bad habits. By developing a positive mind set , we can remove this mental
block from our minds.
Aways remember, nothing is impossible in this
world. Once we pledge that we will go ahead and remove our mental block, then
no goal will be unthinkable for us.
Without effort, nature will not allow you to proceed further.
